Alliance Industries was established in 2006 offering business development consulting to business owners.  It has now evolved from offering pure consultation to include programs and services that support the small business community.  The evolution of Alliance Industries is the culmination of a decade of collective sales experience of its founder, Shannon Pearson.

Shannon offers extensive sales experience in both business to business, as well as business to customer.  Although her experience spans different industries most was gained in the financial industry.  Working for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions was the foundation of Shannon’s training which prepared her for her later roll as an Investment Advisor with an independent Brokerage Firm. 

Shannon’s success as an Investment Advisor resulted in average annual growth of 20% and allowed her to develop superior listening skills as she advised her clients in the balance of personal assets with business assets, due to many of her clients being business owners.  Her strong  sales records, aggressive prospecting,  and collective experience has been the inspiration for the programs and services offered by Alliance Industries.
